Annual General Meeting 2025
On November 26, 2025, the Services SETA held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand, Gauteng. The AGM provided a comprehensive platform for the organisation to report on its performance, financial position, and key activities over the past financial year. The session allowed members, stakeholders, and relevant parties to review the annual financial statements, receive updates on strategic achievements and challenges, discuss key organisational matters and future priorities, and ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with governance requirements led by the Administrator, Mr L. Masoga.
The Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr S. Dhladhla, shared insights on an improved Annual Report, while the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr T. Matsebe, provided an update on the organisation’s financial performance. Furthermore, Ms M. Motla, the Executive Manager for Strategy and Insights, gave a high-level view of the 2026–2027 Organisation Plan and Annual Budget. Mr X. Khohlakala from the Auditor-General’s office shared a report relating to the current financial year.
