Annual General Meeting 2024
On November 29, 2024, the Services SETA hosted its hybrid Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Greyville Convention Centre in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
The AGM provided a valuable opportunity for the organization to review the achievements of the past year, discuss challenges, and outline strategic goals for the future. We heard from Mr. Wiseman Dinwa, on behalf of the Chairperson of the Board, Mr. Stephen De Vries.
Our Acting CEO, Mr. Andile Sipengane gave insight into the Annual Report. The organization’s financial performance was insightfully discussed by our CFO, Mr. Tsheola Matsebe, while the Auditor General’s report was presented by Mr. Kgotlo Rabothata. Ms. Mamabele Motla, Executive Manager for Strategy and Insight, gave insight into the 2025-2026 Business Plan and Annual Budget.
