2025/26 Learnerships Discretionary Grant – Expression of Interest

The Services SETA invites accredited Skills Development Providers (SDPs) to apply for Discretionary Grant Funding to implement Learnerships for the 2025/26 financial year.
Applications must be submitted online only.
Application Window
- Opens: 09 February 2026 at 11h00
- Closes: 13 February 2026 at 11h00
- Late or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
Who Can Apply?
SDPs with valid accreditation for the Occupational Qualifications listed in the EOI.
Preference goes to providers who can demonstrate:
- Experience recruiting and training learners
- Access to relevant workplaces
- Compliance readiness by 20 March 2026
Before You Apply (Mandatory Documents)
You will be required to upload:
- Company Registration
- Tax Clearance or Exemption Certificate
- SDP Accreditation (relevant qualifications)
- Experience confirmation letters / Project closure reports
- Host Employer interest letter or declaration
- Workplace approval evidence or proof of submission
