31 March 2023 – Year End Submission Requirements

In preparation for closure of the financial year ended 31 March 2023, all service providers are required to ensure all invoices (with required supporting documents) for goods and services delivered to Services SETA before 01 April 2023 are submitted through the Invoice Management System (IMS) by no later than 14th April 2023.

Contracts that have expired however goods and services were delivered but not claimed for invoices and supporting documents are requested to be submitted to OverDueInvoices@serviceseta.org.za by 17 March 2023.

The above notification does not apply to Mandatory Grant (MG) employers registered with Services SETA as they do not provide goods or render services to the Services SETA
