Reactive Statement on the Latest OUTA Broadcast https://servicesseta.org.za/reactive-statement-on-the-latest-outa-broadcast/ https://servicesseta.org.za/reactive-statement-on-the-latest-outa-broadcast/#respond Thu, 31 Jul 2025 08:22:03 +0000 https://servicesseta-staging.azurewebsites.net/?p=12023 We are aware of the renewed public commentary from OUTA, once again resurfacing matters that have already been addressed through formal governance processes. These allegations are not new — nor are the individuals behind them.

Some of the voices re-emerging are former employees with unresolved grievances, including dissatisfaction with legitimate organisational outcomes and recruitment decisions. While we will not engage in personal narratives, we note the continued effort to distort public perception under the guise of whistleblowing.

We remain committed to transparency, accountability and full cooperation with lawful investigations, including the criminal case lodged by OUTA. However, we will not engage in public mudslinging. The matter is before the appropriate authorities, and we will account through the proper legal channels — not through speculation or agenda-driven commentary.

Our focus remains on the work: delivering impact, strengthening systems and driving transformation across the sectors we serve.
